This website, www.amandajayneshoes.co.uk , is operated by Amanda Jayne Shoes Limited and references to “I”, “me”, shall be deemed to be references to Amanda Jayne Shoes Ltd. References to “you” and “your” shall be deemed as references to the person placing an order via this website.
PLACING AN ORDER
Please ensure you read and accept these terms and conditions prior to placing an order. If you would like clarification on any aspect, please do contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01291 675408.
When you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been received.
Your debit/credit card will be authorised when your order is placed and will be processed, but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point when they are despatched to you, usually 48 hours. A Contract between you and Amanda Jayne Shoes Ltd for the sale of products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Amanda Jayne Shoes Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order at any time provided payment has not been taken.
Payment is made in a secure environment via SagePay and I am able to accept most major credit/debit cards. Your shoes will be despatched as soon as payment has cleared the banking system, usually within 48 hours.
VAT is added to all orders with a delivery address inside the EU at the UK rate of 20.0%
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you decide you wish to cancel your order, please do call or e-mail me as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. A full refund will be made within 30 days.
I personally check all items prior to despatch but in the unlikely event that goods are received in a faulty condition, please return them to me in an unworn state and a full refund will be given and return postage costs reimbursed upon receipt. Please return goods to The Studio, Wood Farm, Gwehelog, Usk, Monmouthshire. NP15 1RD
All of my shoes are manufactured to very high standards and carry full manufacturers’ warranty. You will not be liable for poor basic defects arising from workmanship. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will of course be given. Please do take care of your purchase(s) and to minimise wear and tear be mindful of the following:
- Reheel heels and outer soles just before they begin to wear out (complimentary replacement heels are provided)
- Ensure shoes are protected with a protective barrier spray/cream prior to wearing in unfavourable weather conditions
- Please be careful when wearing your shoes whilst cooking. As leather and suede are natural products, any fat/oil spills will be absorbed.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
Every care is taken to ensure that the descriptions and specification of products are correct. However, please be mindful that some colour resolutions can differ between computer software/systems. If you are unsure about any of the details or descriptions, please drop me an e-mail or call me to discuss.
